Scripture
Study for the week of December 4th, 2005
“When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left” (Matthew
25:31-33). Great comforts are reserved for God’s children...
Also see Matthew 34-46. This passage conveys several comforts reserved for
God's Children when Christ comes to earth again.
The Savior will be revealed in all his glory and we shall see him as he is (I John 3:2).
The bodies of all mankind will be resurrected and joined with their spirits (Acts 24:15).
The joys of the righteous shall be eternal (I Thess 4:17).
The wicked shall be separated from the righteous and tormented eternally (II Thess 1:9-10).
