Christians speak much of grace. The Lord is a God of grace (I Pe 5:10); Jesus is a Savior of grace (Acts 15:11); and the Third person in the Trinity is the Spirit of grace (Heb 10:29). Sinners are saved by the grace (Eph 2:8). What is grace?

Grace is the spontaneous, selective, unconditional, unevoked, love that the Infinite, Almighty, Benevolent, Sovereign, freely bestows upon entirely undeserving (hell deserving) men. No wonder delivered sinners sing, “Amazing grace how sweet the sound that saved a wretch like me”.
